Analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities for improvement. **Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordinator, marketing supervisor, or similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute the annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with the company’s commercial and strategic objectives. * Coordinate marketing campaigns for the sale of paper, cardboard, and office supplies, considering commercial seasons (e.g., back-to-school, corporate, trade fairs, etc.). * Analyze the market and competition, identifying opportunities for improvement and positioning. * Supervise the creation and execution of content for social media, the company website, digital campaigns, and promotional materials. * Manage marketing metrics (KPIs), analyzing results from both digital and traditional campaigns. * Provide strategic support to the sales department through catalogs, technical specifications, presentations, and sales support materials. * Coordinate the company’s participation in trade fairs, commercial events, and promotional activations. * Administer the marketing department’s allocated budget, optimizing resources. * Supervise external vendors (agencies, printers, designers, photographers). * Prepare reports on marketing strategy performance and propose improvement actions. * Coordinate internal marketing activities and corporate communications.
