





**JOB MISSION:** Manage, plan, and control production processes in coordination with the Technical Support Superintendent, monitoring their execution/compliance with zero harm, and taking corrective actions whenever necessary, in order to ensure the maximization of concentrator plant productivity aligned with safety and environmental objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Oversee the execution of production plans, monitoring compliance with zero harm. 2\. Monitor the maintenance plan for concentrator plant equipment and its implementation, in coordination with the maintenance department, proposing modifications from an operational and metallurgical standpoint. 3\. Control the execution and compliance of the operational strategy defined by the metallurgical department, evaluating its effectiveness and/or defining corrective actions in case of deviations. 4\. Monitor and control compliance with the ore feeding plan to crushing, in coordination with the Mine Management. 5\. Plan investment needs (financial, human, and equipment resources) required to meet production plans, monitor and control expenses of different unit operations, and take required corrective actions. 6\. Monitor and control the use of inputs necessary for the proper functioning of unit operations and take required corrective actions. 7\. Lead the proper execution of operation contracts. 8\. Lead the development of a cohesive team strongly oriented toward action, deploying new tools and experiences that enable better and sustainable results. 9\. Lead the implementation of the "development of a cohesive team" strategy, deploying tools and experiences that build a culture of accountability. In 2007, Aluminum Corporation of China (CHINALCO) established Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. (Chinalco Perú) to build, develop, and operate the Toromocho copper megaproject. Toromocho Mining Unit has been the first world-class copper mine that a Chinese company has executed and developed entirely from inception overseas. It is located in the Morococha district, Yauli province, Junín department, at over 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore per day. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of the most important enterprises within China Copper and the largest wholly-owned foreign subsidiary of CHINALCO. Requirements Professional degree, registered and licensed in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mining Engineering. University academic degree. Minimum of 15 years of general experience, 12 years in the mining sector, and 5 years in the same position. Advanced English – reading, writing, and speaking. Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills. Valid Class A1 driver's license. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Plant operations management. Operational monitoring. Execution of operational strategies.
