A company providing Support, Stabilization, and Waterproofing Services for the Mining, Civil Works, Energy, and General Industry sectors urgently requires a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (IMMEDIATE START) FOR LIMA. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, and overseeing building construction projects, as well as monitoring the project’s cash flow, in accordance with construction techniques and procedures, strategic plan, construction contract, government regulations, soil mechanics, quality control, time and cost control, and application of relevant specifications and standards. **COMPETENCIES:** Effective communication, high degree of organization, professional ethics, autonomy, responsibility, strong authority, decision-making ability, and proactivity. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Civil Engineer with over 1 year of experience in civil works construction. * Knowledge of: Project Control Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety Management. * Degree holder and professionally licensed. **BENEFITS:** \* Pleasant work environment. \* Compensation: To be discussed. \* Salary processed through payroll with statutory benefits.
