**Job Description** We are looking for a **Senior Specialist in IPERC, PETS, and Risk Mapping** to join the **Antamina project**, one of the most important and recognized mining operations in the country. The selected professional will be responsible for **leading the assessment, implementation, and continuous improvement** of IPERC matrices, safe work procedures (PETS/PETAR), and risk maps, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards established by Antamina and current mining legislation. **Professional Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Occupational Safety, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.** * **Specialization in Occupational Risk Assessment and Control or Mining Safety.** * **Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety in Mining.** * Experience managing **corporate document control systems** (SharePoint, SGI, SAP Document Management, or similar). **Required Experience** * **Minimum 8 years of general experience**, with **at least 5 years in developing, implementing, and reviewing Baseline IPERC, Continuous IPERC, PETS, PETAR, and Risk Maps** in open-pit mining. * Experience in **identifying critical activities** and defining **operational controls.** * Proven experience in **field risk assessments**, verification of operational controls, and implementation of preventive measures. **Specializations and Certifications** * **Trinorma Certification ISO 45001 – 9001 – 14001.** **Technical Skills** * **Microsoft Office (intermediate-to-advanced level).** * **Power BI (intermediate level)** for matrix analysis and visualization. * **Visio and AutoCAD (advanced level)** for risk diagrams and layouts. * **Microsoft Project (advanced level)** for activity planning and tracking. **Professional Profile** * Focus on **preventive management and continuous improvement.** * Ability to **work in the field and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.** * High level of **analytical, planning, and technical communication skills.** **Apply Now** If you meet the requirements and are passionate about leading safety management in high-level mining operations, **apply now and become part of the Antamina team!** Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1.00 \- S/.2.00 per month Work Location: On-site
