The primary challenge of this role is to comprehensively lead the field-based social management strategy, with a highly specialized focus on advanced negotiation and complex land acquisition and area release processes, ensuring the social and legal viability of the company's projects.
**Requirements**:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Anthropology, Sociology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
● Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in social management and community relations, including at least 5 years specifically leading land acquisition and surface rights negotiation processes for large-scale projects (Mining, Energy, Infrastructure, or Hydrocarbons).
● Knowledge: Advanced mastery of land-related legal frameworks, physical\-legal regularization, negotiation methodologies, conflict resolution, and international social standards.
● Soft Skills: High-impact communication, strong negotiation capability, and a collaborative orientation to integrate multidisciplinary solutions in complex environments.
● Availability: Ability to work under shift-based regimes or with high availability for permanent fieldwork (project units).
**Role Impact**:
● Land Strategy: Design, implement, and oversee the strategic plan for land acquisition and fair, sustainable compensation agreements.
● Institutional Engagement: Lead direct, high-trust engagement with landowners, local authorities, communities within the area of influence, and critical stakeholders.
● Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor the social environment through early warning systems to prevent, mitigate, and resolve potential land-use–related conflicts.
● Governance and Compliance: Ensure all land acquisition and social investment processes strictly comply with applicable laws and corporate sustainability standards.
Salary: S/.8,000\.00 \- S/.10,000\.00 per month
