




**POSITION MISSION:** Plan and execute event management (internal/external), public relations, and tax-for-works projects by coordinating with authorities, key stakeholders, and media outlets in Huancayo and its direct area of influence, to ensure the company's positive positioning and reputation, while maintaining good relationships with the community, relevant authorities, and stakeholders in general. **FUNCTIONS:** * Manage activities related to planning, execution, and analysis of local events and celebrations, both internal and external. * Plan and oversee communication activities (external and institutional), public relations in Huancayo and the direct area of influence, coordinating engagement with local and regional media. * Identify and report potential risks that could affect the company’s operational continuity or reputation, coordinating with the main involved departments. * Schedule, coordinate, and participate in various meetings with authorities and key actors, analyzing the social and political environment regarding company activities. * Consolidate, organize, and timely transfer to MCP's Central Archiving Unit all documentation defined as critical by the department upon completion of its management period. * Handle administrative and document management tasks for the department, including required coordination regarding requirement management, procurement, donations, supplier follow-up, and others. * Support activities related to tax-for-works project management, coordinating required actions with involved departments. In 2007, Aluminum Corporation of China (CHINALCO) established Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. (Chinalco Perú) to build, develop, and operate the Toromocho copper megaproject. Toromocho Mining Unit has been the first world-class copper mine that a Chinese company has fully executed and developed overseas from inception. It is located in the Morococha district, Yauli province, Junín department, at over 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore per day. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of China Copper's most important companies and the largest wholly-owned foreign subsidiary of CHINALCO.
