**POSITION MISSION:** Carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair of assigned mining equipment, providing support to operations, transportation, positioning, functional testing of equipment, and optimization of resource utilization, under assignment and coordination with the immediate area supervisor/manager. **FUNCTIONS:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and evaluation of the hoisting system, pushing system of electric shovels, swing system (rotating platform), propulsion system (undercarriage), structural system, and front-end components of electric shovels using maintenance manuals and procedures in field and workshop tasks when required by the system or according to the maintenance schedule. Identify maintenance deviations found during daily inspections, reporting key findings to higher-level personnel. Review technical information and monitor loading equipment; understand the opening, notification, and closure of work orders using SIS WEB, ET software, and SAP in field and workshop activities when required by the equipment or according to the maintenance program. Execute operation of lifting equipment, flatbed trucks, lube trucks, and loading equipment using proper operational techniques and procedures during field and workshop tasks within the work shift. Read and interpret basic hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic diagrams, components, and their respective sectional views of assigned equipment in coordination with the person responsible for executing the activity. Support the closing of work orders with the required level of detail and quality of information using the SAP tool. Provide support in calibrating equipment parameters according to calibration procedures and manufacturer specifications in coordination with the person responsible for executing the activity. Identify spare parts required for necessary jobs by consulting parts/service manuals. Report events and incidents occurring during job execution promptly to the immediate supervisor/manager. Promptly report daily or weekly completion of executed tasks to the supervisor and/or area planner. Perform other functions delegated by your immediate superior aligned with departmental objectives. Operate mobile equipment (forklifts from 5 tons to 35 tons and telescopic and scissor manlifts) and fixed equipment (bridge crane) within the area, performing startup and testing of mining operation equipment from the loading fleet undergoing maintenance.
