Position Mission: * Prepare different varieties of bread and/or bakery products, guaranteeing customers good flavor, quality, and presentation. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field. * Completed secondary education. * Possession of a District Sanitation Card for food handling. * Availability to work early morning shifts. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare bakery products ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation. * Correctly apply techniques, volumes, fermentation, and temperatures during production. * Follow manufacturing procedures and good practices. * Monitor input inventory, conduct stock counts, and coordinate orders with the Administrator. * Supervise and train staff in baking techniques. * Inspect and manage preventive maintenance or repair of bakery equipment.
