Position Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor with experience in gold ore leaching, ADR plants, and metallurgy to supervise operations and ensure productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead heap leaching and ADR plant processes. 2. Supervise the production of Doré bars. 3. Apply metallurgical knowledge and integrated management systems. ADR PLANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR For Corihuarmi Mining Unit, located 4 hours from Huancayo, Junín, at an elevation of 4,800–4,900 m.s.n.m. Current work schedule is 20 days on / 10 days off (subject to change), with salary negotiable based on documented experience and qualifications. Direct payroll employment with full statutory benefits. Offered salary is NON-NEGOTIABLE at **S/5,000.00 gross per month.** · Graduate, licensed, and duly registered professional in Metallurgical Engineering. · Minimum 3 years of experience in heap leaching of gold ores, ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, and Reactivation) processing plants, doré harvesting, and smelting to produce final Doré bars. · Knowledge of metallurgical balances and extraction kinetics. · Knowledge of hydraulics for lixiviant solution distribution and pumping networks. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel with pivot tables and macros, AutoCAD, and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D are desirable. · Familiarity with integrated management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 to meet productivity and OSH&MS objectives.
