Position Summary: We are seeking an ADR Plant Shift Supervisor responsible for metallurgical processes, leaching, and smelting to produce Doré bars. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in gold mineral leaching processes and ADR plants. 2. Experience in harvesting and smelting for Doré bar production. 3. Knowledge of metallurgical balances and extraction kinetics. ADR PLANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR For Corihuarmi Mining Unit, located 4 hours from Huancayo, Junín, at an elevation of 4800–4900 msnm. Current work schedule is 20 days on / 10 days off (subject to change), with salary negotiable based on documented experience and qualifications. Direct payroll employment with the company, including all legally mandated benefits. Offered salary is **NOT NEGOTIABLE** at **S/5,000.00 gross per month**. · Graduate, licensed, and duly registered professional in Metallurgical Engineering. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in heap leaching of gold minerals, ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, and Reactivation) processing plants, harvesting, and smelting for final Doré bar production. · Knowledge of metallurgical balances and extraction kinetics. · Knowledge of hydraulics for lixiviant solution distribution and pumping networks. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel with pivot tables and macros, AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D are desirable. · Familiarity with integrated management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 to meet productivity and OHSMS objectives.
