Job Mission Provide technical and operational support in the **analysis, design, planning, and optimization of filter fabric and filter press manufacturing processes**, actively participating in real projects from the technical evaluation stage through to implementation and production control. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and support **production control of filter fabrics and filter presses**. * Support the **calculation of raw material and input consumption** required for manufacturing. * Prepare **production instructions** and operational documentation. * Perform **time and motion studies** in filter fabric and filter press manufacturing processes. * Develop and analyze **DOP, DAP, and PERT diagrams** for process improvement and planning. * Support the **calculation and sizing of filtration equipment** (filter presses, plates, and filter fabrics). * Analyze industrial filtration-related processes: **flow rates, cycle times, efficiency, and input consumption**. * Prepare **technical data sheets, reports, production and manufacturing reports, and manuals**. * Collaborate in **quality control of equipment, filter fabrics, and spare parts**, in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. * Develop and maintain **Excel databases** for technical and operational control. * Coordinate closely with the **technical department and technical draftsperson**, gathering necessary information to facilitate production planning. * Propose **improvements to production and operational processes**. * Support the preparation and updating of **procedures and technical documentation**. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering student in the final semester or recent graduate. * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, tables, and charts). * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks. * General knowledge of industrial processes and material balance (desirable). * Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail. * Proactivity, responsibility, and strong communication skills. * Availability for office work and plant or field visits when required. **Valued Competencies** * Interest in filtration and water treatment processes. * Basic knowledge of **continuous improvement, Production Control Planning (PCP), or process management**. * Ability to learn quickly and work with technical information. **What We Offer** * Practical experience in real industrial projects. * Direct mentoring and learning alongside the engineering team. * Certificate of pre-professional or professional internships. * Potential for continued employment based on performance. * Positive work environment and technical development.
