We primarily work with companies in the mining and fishing sectors, providing solutions for demanding industrial processes. We are seeking a Production Assistant. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Graduate from SENATI in Industrial Production Engineering or Industrial Administration. * Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings. * Proficiency in using calipers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Effective communication skills. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Receive engineering drawings and use them to develop the cylinder winding schedule and manufacturing plans for parts to be fabricated. * Request materials required for mold fabrication and metallic components. * Develop and oversee execution of the plant maintenance schedule. * Design and manage process, machinery, and infrastructure improvement projects. * Ensure compliance with the 7S methodology in work areas at Plants 1 and 2. * Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. ***WE OFFER:*** * Competitive market-based salary. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Profit-sharing payments. * Full benefits under the General Regime.
