Job Summary: Newrest is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with safety experience to lead teams and manage infrastructure and white-goods maintenance in Paucartambo. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluate and adjust the maintenance management system. 2. Lead the development of maintenance plans and manage resources. 3. Provide support to operational staff in executing tasks. Newrest is a multinational catering company currently operating in 49 countries and present in Peru for 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, our operations span Airline Catering, Concessions, Retail, and Food Services, Maintenance, and Hospitality at Remote Sites (under rotational regime). We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Bachelor's degree and licensed professional in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, or Mining Engineering, or related fields; or specialization in Industrial Safety. \-Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions, with a focus on safety. \-Residence in Paucartambo or nearby areas. \-Availability to work under a 14x7 rotational regime. \-Experience leading work teams of more than 10 people. \-Valid A2B driver’s license. \-Willingness to undertake contractual travel to the Cahua headquarters. \-Experience supervising white-goods maintenance (e.g., refrigerators, kitchens, kitchen hoods, steam kettles, etc.) and infrastructure maintenance (plumbing, painting, carpentry). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Continuously evaluate the maintenance management system to correct deviations detected in human, material, time, and other factors. \-Monitor daily task execution according to the daily work plan, managing and assigning required resources promptly for scheduled tasks. \-Lead the development of maintenance plans (daily, weekly, monthly, and/or annual), including forecasting necessary resources for implementation. \-Support operational staff in correctly executing assigned tasks, leveraging your knowledge and experience. \-Assist with activities assigned by your immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** \-Inclusion in Newrest payroll from Day 1. \-All statutory benefits. \-100% food coverage. \-100% accommodation coverage.
