In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Responsible for supporting the maintenance of the management system in compliance with the NTP-ISO/IEC 17025 standard and ensuring its consistent application at all times, as well as identifying deviations from the management system or testing procedures and initiating actions aimed at preventing or minimizing such deviations. * Monitor and review the implementation of actions arising from audit processes, management reviews, nonconformities, deviations, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives. * Support the planning and execution of staff validation and technical competency activities related to the implementation of test methods, sampling processes, and sample preparation. * Timely handling of customer complaints, including coordination of meetings with workers and mine supervision to determine root causes and implement corrective and/or preventive actions. Monitor these actions and ensure that action plans are executed according to established deadlines. * Identify and eliminate systematic errors in the process that could compromise analytical results. * Ensure the representativeness of test results and measurement traceability through the use of CRM, replicates, calibrations, intermediate verifications, etc. * Analyze analytical report results to detect trends and implement action plans. * Periodically verify the proper completion of quality records and issue Nonconformities when deviations occur. **Requirements** * Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of sampling, sample preparation, and chemical analysis. * Diploma or coursework in quality management systems – NTP-ISO/IEC 17025\. * Solid knowledge of statistics. * Good Laboratory Practices. * Proficiency with AAS, LECO and/or ELTRA equipment. * Software proficiency: Advanced Excel, Minitab, LIMS. * The candidate must possess the following competencies: Leadership, Teamwork, Empathy, Personnel Management, Adaptability to change, Innovation, Effective Communication. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Corporate agreements.
