Positive work environment and teamwork. **Technician for Repairs – Heavy-Duty Trucks** Automotriz Central del Perú is seeking a **Repair Technician** to join our operations team at **MINING UNITS**, focused on inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heavy-duty trucks, meeting quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical inspections of equipment, verifying operational status and operating conditions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy-duty trucks. * Conduct technical diagnostics to identify failures, root causes, and corrective actions. * Prepare technical reports documenting activities performed, findings, observations, and recommendations. * Support drivetrain repairs according to established procedures. * Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management — SSOMA — requirements, procedures, and guidelines. * Use technical systems such as IMPACT and VCADS for consultation, diagnosis, and maintenance support. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of assigned tools, equipment, and resources. **Requirements:** * Mechanical Technician, Automotive Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or related field. * 3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance within mining operations. * 2 years of experience in drivetrain repair. * 2 years of experience in automotive workshop management. * Proficiency in technical systems: IMPACT and VCADS. * Experience with Volvo units is desirable. * Availability to work in mining operations. **Competencies:** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail. * Orientation toward safety and service quality. **Benefits:** * Opportunity to join a solid company in the automotive sector. * Training aligned with job requirements. * Professional development based on performance. * Positive work environment and teamwork.
