




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage inventories, track orders, and support internal audits, generating reports to aid decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage merchandise and asset inventories 2. Track orders and ensure invoicing 3. Support internal audits and prepare reports Academic Level: Graduate Profession: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. MS Office: Intermediate English Proficiency: Basic KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Merchandise Inventories: Execute merchandise inventories at warehouses across all locations and contracts. * Asset Inventories: Conduct equipment and furniture inventories at ACP locations, ensuring control, traceability, and accuracy of recorded information. * Open Order Control: Track open orders for assigned contracts and locations as directed by the immediate supervisor, alerting on overdue timelines and ensuring invoicing. * Internal Audits: Support assigned audits under supervision, verifying compliance with internal processes and generating documented evidence per established guidelines. * Report Generation: Prepare and submit reports on performed controls upon request from the SEI management, supporting decision-making and follow-up on corrective actions.
