Requirements: * Technical or engineering degree in the field of information technology. * Experience in service centers and projects. * Desired knowledge of ITIL Foundations. * Knowledge of IT service management. * Proficiency with service desk tools. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict situations. Responsibilities: * Operational calibrations to align evaluation criteria with operations. * Improvement and control of ticket logging. * Ensuring 100% reliability of ticket records. * Process control for Incident Management, Request Management, Access Management, Asset Management, and other acquired processes. * Quality audits for contracted processes.
