





We are seeking a professional with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** · Degree in Accounting. · Minimum proven experience in general accounting within the gastronomy sector. · Proficiency in food cost management, stock cards (kardex), inventory control, waste tracking (mermas), and input control. · Knowledge of operational processes in kitchen, procurement, warehouse, and production. · Experience in tax administration: monthly tax returns, withholding taxes (detracciones), income tax withholdings (retenciones), and advance payments (percepciones). · Experience in payroll processing and labor obligations. · Proficiency in accounting software (Contasis, Siscont, Concar or similar) and intermediate/advanced Excel. · Experience in internal controls and audits. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements. · Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and corporate obligations. · Supervise accounting records for purchases, sales, expenses, and bank transactions. · Control inventories, food costs, waste (mermas), and variances. · Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable and receivable. · Coordinate with operations departments to validate consumption and warehouse movements. · Manage payroll and social benefits. · Implement and improve internal procedures and controls. **CONDITIONS:** **Compensation**: PEN 3,000 (PEN 2,400 monthly + PEN 600 Consumption Surcharge) General regime payroll from day one. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in the gastronomy or restaurant industry? * What is your academic background and degree? * What are your salary expectations? * In which district do you reside? * What is your mobile phone number?
