WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? - Completed Secondary Education (Certificate of Studies). - Minimum 6 months of experience in the role (Desirable) - Experience in food concession (Desirable). - Valid health certificate - Availability to work under an atypical mining schedule of 14x7 (14 days of work followed by 7 days of rest) WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? - Perform waste sorting, ensuring correct segregation of waste according to color coding. - Wash, disinfect, and dry tableware, utensils, cutting boards, thermal containers, and meal carriers used in service. - Store tableware and kitchen accessories properly. - Clean and organize the dining area before and after each meal. - Monitor inventories and maintain the condition of assigned tableware and kitchenware in the dining area. - Clean and disinfect hot and cold service lines before and after each meal. - Any other duties necessary to fulfill the mission of the position.
