Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance 2. Quality control of in-process and finished products 3. Verification of hygiene in work areas and store inspections La Casa del Chantilly primarily focuses on fine pastry and confectionery in Peru, offering a wide variety of cakes, desserts, cookies, and sweets. Additionally, we have expanded into a traditional Peruvian restaurant, creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere for celebrations. We are currently seeking a **QUALITY ANALYST**, and that could be you. **Requirements:** * Graduates of Food Industry Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Industrial Processing, or related fields. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Knowledge of food quality control. * Age: between 18 and 30 years old. * Availability to work in stores. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Control the quality of in-process and finished products. * Verify hygiene conditions in work areas. * Conduct store inspections. **We Offer:** Fixed salary of S/ 1,400\.00 Positive work environment.
