




Job Summary: Support accounting and tax functions, including voucher recording, reconciliations, and monthly closings, maintaining up-to-date documentation and coordinating with other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting and tax support 2. Recording and monitoring of financial transactions 3. Interdepartmental coordination Record payment vouchers (invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes). Perform bank reconciliations. Assist in preparing monthly tax returns (PDT, PLAME, IGV, Income Tax). Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. Record accounting entries in the system. Assist in monthly accounting closings. Review accounting and tax documentation. Maintain updated physical and digital files. Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper transaction substantiation. Assist in internal and external audits.
