Our client, a leading company providing telecommunications network installation and maintenance services, has entrusted us with sourcing the best candidates for the position of: OUTDOOR LINE WORKER Requirements: Completed secondary education Reading electromechanical drawings (Desirable) Training in working at heights Responsibilities: Prepare and organize in advance the equipment and tools to be used during operations. Verify the proper condition of equipment and tools. Ensure all personnel have appropriate PPE, equipment, and tools. Perform work tasks following safe work procedures. Carry out work in accordance with the client's technical specifications. Supervise personnel under your charge regarding assigned tasks. Immediately report any accident occurrence to the Safety and Technical Supervisor. Benefits: Salary: PEN 2,200 to PEN 2,400, depending on evaluation. Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits (bonus, CTS, family allowance, insurance). Friendly work environment.
