




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage human resources, including recruitment, personnel administration, and labor regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages recruitment, selection, and staff affiliations. 2. Coordinates EMO-related procedures and administrative formalities. 3. Provides support in HR execution with a focus on regulatory compliance. Academic Level: Technical Higher Education / University Higher Education (Bachelor's degree or certified graduate) Profession: Business Administration or related field MS OFFICE: Intermediate English Proficiency: Basic Experience: * Minimum 1 year in personnel management and administration (recruitment and selection, staff affiliations, employee welfare monitoring, occupational health, and other related personnel management activities). * Knowledge of current labor legislation, labor insurance management (SCTR, Life Law, etc.), staff affiliation to mining units, worker social assistance, EMO management, and attendance control. Willingness to travel to various company locations. MAIN FUNCTIONS: Support in HR Execution: * Recruitment and selection management. * Staff affiliations. * Coordination of EMO management. * Coordination with support departments (SSOMA and Quality) to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. * Attendance, leave, vacation, and other personnel record controls. * Handling administrative procedures (Subsidy Management, SCTR Management, Life Law, etc).
