Job Summary: Supports the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, prepares sauces, side dishes, and salads, and provides assistance in various kitchen activities. Key Highlights: 1. Perform mise en place Kitchen Assistant – 14x7 Shift Schedule, Huayllay Newrest, a multinational catering company, currently operates in over 49 countries and has been present in Peru for 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in airline catering, concessions, retail, and food service, maintenance, and hospitality at remote sites (shift-based regime). We are currently seeking an experienced KITCHEN ASSISTANT to work at a MINING CAMP.
