A leading company in the telecommunications sector is seeking a Construction Assistant. Industry: Telecommunications Location: Huancayo Responsibilities: - Coordinate with technical staff to adjust their work routes to meet deadlines and execution targets for work orders. - Coordinate with technical staff on additional installation or fault repair tasks to increase company output. - Report daily to your immediate supervisor on tasks completed by technical staff to achieve the daily target of four (4) installations (activations) and six (6) fault repairs, avoiding penalties. - Notify supervisors of incidents occurring during technical staff operations so they can conduct inspections and resolve work orders, avoiding penalties. - Perform other job-related duties assigned by your direct management to achieve departmental objectives.
