A metallomechanical company is looking for a committed individual with a desire for professional growth to fill the position of **Project Planner**. · REQUIREMENTS: *Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Civil Engineering. *Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (certified). *Intermediate-level MS Project proficiency. *Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency. *Preparation of progress payment certificates (Mandatory). *Knowledge of quotation and budget preparation (Preferred). *Familiarity with KPIs (SPI, S-curve). *Preference for candidates residing in Lima and Huancayo. *Availability to work under atypical labor regimes. · RESPONSIBILITIES: · *Develop the project plan from inception through to closure. *Supervise personnel executing the project to verify work progress. *Plan execution of various types of maintenance across all existing equipment; identifying, assigning, and scheduling required resources (labor, spare parts, tools, etc.). *Monitor plant production and conduct time studies. *Conduct comprehensive inventory of equipment and components; perform field data collection and expand technical information using manufacturer manuals, catalogs, etc. · BENEFITS: *Ongoing training opportunities *Formal payroll registration *Market-competitive salary *Transportation provided from Lima and Huancayo. *100% coverage of meals and accommodation · We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
