We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** at our SATIPO appliances store. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review, verify, and validate the entry into the ERPFLEX system of all incoming and outgoing goods, materials, equipment, tools, and other assets—whether owned or held in custody—on a daily basis, per company requirements. * Verify and certify that merchandise and its accessories match both physically and documentarily (e.g., Waybill, Transfer Guide, or Pickup Order) before entering them into the system’s ledger, whether for purchase, transfer, return, requisition, or display purposes. If entry is made for reasons other than those listed above, provide a supporting report explaining the reason for warehouse entry. * Control sold merchandise by verifying that the physical product matches the description on the waybill or dispatch note, ensuring all accessories are present, the item is in optimal presentation condition, the item corresponds correctly to the sales receipt and/or invoice, and that items are transported with appropriate protection and security. * Prepare and submit reports to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager. * Issue credit notes for requisitions after warehouse entry, and deliver them monthly to the Accounting Department. * Attend to customers requiring technical service: request a copy of the sales receipt (sales slip or invoice), then proceed with the product diagnosis performed by in-house technicians. Minor issues are resolved on-site; if the item has faults beyond on-site repair capability, it is sent to the supplier’s authorized technical service center.
