Position Summary: We are seeking a Study Leader, Civil Engineer or Architect, for a technical project involving PAC, PACRI, area release, and physical-legal regularization of properties. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead PAC, PACRI, and physical-legal regularization projects. 2. Develop technical-legal files for property appraisals. 3. Extensive experience in area release for road infrastructure. We are looking for a **Study Leader** to join our technical team on a project related to **PAC, PACRI, area release, and physical-legal regularization of properties**. The required profile is as follows: ✅ **Profession:** Civil Engineer or Architect, **licensed and professionally registered**. ✅ **Experience:** Minimum **2 years of effective experience since obtaining the professional degree**, serving as a **specialist, service leader, or responsible officer** in activities related to: * Implementation of **PAC and/or PACRI** * Field monitoring and handling of field inquiries * Preparation of technical-legal files for appraisal purposes * Area release for road infrastructure projects * Similar services in public or private sectors ✅ **Required Training:** Training in **cadastral and/or registry matters**, **urban or rural property appraisals**, and/or **physical-legal regularization of urban or rural properties**.
