We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario and this time we are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** to join us at Minera Chinalco Perú, located in Junin at 4500masl. **FUNCTIONS:** * Plan lifting activities and ensure that operations are carried out according to the plan. * Coordinate with the client's supervision regarding activities to be performed during the shift. * Sign management documents before starting an activity and ensure documentation is complete. * Control and manage safety and environmental protection during activity execution. * Efficiently manage and administer company-assigned project resources. * Monitor adherence to the project activity schedule. * Identify hazards, assess associated risks, and plan controls to minimize risks so activities can be safely conducted. * Report daily progress to immediate supervisor through technical reports. * Train and raise awareness among subordinates on technical, safety, and environmental topics. * Provide technical support and guidance to personnel under supervision regarding their right to SAY NO when facing substandard conditions that prevent safe task execution. * Inspect facilities, verifying infrastructure conditions to ensure a comfortable working environment for employees. * Verify safety and operational conditions of assigned vehicle units (trucks) before starting duties. * Care for and protect company assets assigned for proper job performance (equipment, laptops, printers, radios, GPS, vehicles, etc.). * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence according to organizational needs. * Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EDUCATION:** * Professional degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field as required by the project; certified, registered, and licensed. * Supervision courses in cargo lifting operations. **EXPERIENCE:** * 4 years of verifiable experience in lifting operations within plant assembly and maintenance shutdown projects, preferably in the mining sector. **AVAILABILITY:** * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule or other special or rotational shifts according to the company's operational needs. **SKILLS:** * Knowledge and application of ASME B30 standards. * Rigging Plan development. * Soft skills focused on teamwork. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Project (preferred). * Proficiency in Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Email). * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems 9001, 45001, among others (not mandatory). * Team leadership and management.
