Position Summary: Execute and coordinate the entire electronic blasting process, from design to detonation, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive coordination and execution of blasting processes. 2. Generation of reports and analysis of post-blast results. 3. Direct interaction and fulfillment of customer needs. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process of blasting to ensure proper detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the site. * Perform blasting design, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect blasting process data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training sessions on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing requirements and requests. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of mining experience preferred. * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes preferred. * Class A2b or A1 driver's license (3 years old) preferred.
