Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive management of the lighting products warehouse, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory control, and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for overall warehouse management, ensuring proper control, organization, and dispatch of lighting products, guaranteeing operational efficiency and on-time delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and record products (luminaires, LED strips, drivers, profiles, etc.) according to purchase orders. * Categorize and organize merchandise by category, turnover rate, and product type. * Monitor physical and system inventory, performing periodic counts and adjustments as needed. * Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders for customers and projects. * Coordinate with the sales and e-commerce departments to ensure proper order fulfillment. * Ensure appropriate storage of delicate or fragile products. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and visual standardization. * Identify and report defective, incomplete, or slow-moving products. * Support optimization of logistics processes and dispatch times. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (technical studies in logistics or related fields preferred). * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in the electrical or hardware industry. * Basic inventory management skills (Excel or ERP systems). * Physical capability to lift and move products. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and operational order. * Attention to detail. * Speed and accuracy. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork.
