**A Leading Company in the Mining Sector is looking for:** **Bulldozer Operator** Operate and maintain the bulldozer in safe and efficient conditions to carry out earthmoving tasks, grading, material pushing, and other construction/mining/civil works activities, complying with the company's established safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * One year of experience operating underground in a mine (Socavón). * Valid AIIB driver's license. * No MTC traffic violations. **Responsibilities:** * Operate the bulldozer for excavation, pushing, grading, backfilling, and other earthmoving maneuvers as instructed by the supervisor. * Perform daily inspections before and after operation: check oil levels, fuel, track condition, hydraulic systems, and brakes. * Keep the equipment clean and immediately report any malfunctions, impacts, or unsafe conditions. * Carry out maneuvers according to plans, elevation grades, and leveling guides where applicable. * Collaborate in signaling and coordinating with site personnel to prevent risks (work zones, movement of people and vehicles). * Follow safe startup, operation, and shutdown procedures for the equipment. * Record operating hours, consumption, and events in the maintenance log/report. * Assist in minor preventive repairs (lubrication, track tensioning) and coordinate major repairs with the maintenance team. * Comply with and promote Occupational Health and Safety regulations (PPE, work permits, lockout/tagout procedures if applicable). * Participate in daily safety meetings (inductions/briefings) and report incidents/near-misses.
