Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** Carry out commercial actions and campaigns targeting non-personalized segment customers, as well as optional customers of the Office not assigned to any portfolio. Maintain the database updated with high-quality information regarding current and potential customers. Provide the first point of personalized customer service when their commercial activity takes place within the Office facilities. Plan, using available tools, the management of commercial activities in coordination with the Office Manager, to achieve product/service/migration targets. Conduct telephone management with customers, as well as some actions targeting non-customers. Proactively manage the base of non-personalized and optional customers in terms of service quality and management outcomes, both by phone and in person. Take advantage of all opportunities arising within the Office to market products and services, as well as to update and maintain customer data permanently and prioritizing each interaction. Continuously perform cross-selling during customer interactions, not limiting to a single product or transaction, continuing the sales process for complementary products whenever possible. Gain maximum knowledge of the customer and their needs, leveraging available tools. Provide comprehensive customer service, maintaining a constant focus on service quality and promoting the migration of customers and transactions to alternative channels. Manage incident resolution or complaints responsibly, focusing on service quality and response agility. Identify dissatisfied customers or those intending to terminate their relationship with the Bank, offering alternatives that can ensure their retention, always considering value-added contributions. Base actions on the objectives and activities outlined in the Commercial Methodology, prepared monthly by the Office Manager in coordination with the Personal Banking Executive. Permanently monitor live risk, taking preventive action upon risk alerts, anticipating possible deterioration in portfolio risk quality. Continuously manage overdue risk (personal loans, credit cards, overdrafts, etc.) to plan and execute necessary recovery actions. Properly follow up on PPG, related to assigned objectives and activities, making necessary corrections and adjustments if required, in coordination with the Office Manager. Attend meetings when summoned and actively participate, informing Office members about issues identified during management tasks, and relevant aspects regarding characteristics and needs of customers within their segment. Evaluate and analyze credit operations, submit them to the appropriate levels, and resolve documentation observations until approval is obtained. Provide comprehensive service, including certain contracting, front-office and operational tasks.
