Key liaison between operational and technical areas **Date:** 6 Jul 2026 **Location:** LA LIBERTAD, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Coordinate the planning, early-stage management, execution, control, and closure of industrial improvement projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and operational continuity. Act as a liaison between operational, technical, and support areas to ensure appropriate risk management, documentation, commissioning, operational handover, and technical\-financial closure of projects in accordance with corporate standards and with a focus on business value generation.**What will you do in your role?** * Manage and maintain the BAU/API portfolio of PNT, applying the GT Matrix, criticality criteria, prioritization, owners, schedule, budget, and progress status. * Coordinate the formulation and early-stage management of initiatives, ensuring problem definition, preliminary scope, alternatives, risks, CAPEX/OPEX. * Ensure application of the corporate project management methodology, stage gates, current templates, documentation discipline, and risk matrix. * Monitor physical, financial, and documentation progress of projects, reporting indicators such as SPI, CPI/CFPI, and milestone achievement. * Coordinate field execution with production, maintenance, quality, safety, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring permits and intervention windows. * Ensure projects comply with corporate standards for safety, quality, food safety, operations, maintenance, electricity, automation, metrology, energy, and OT cybersecurity where applicable. * Manage procurement processes, tendering, technical\-economic evaluation, service orders, supplier follow-up, equipment/service acceptance, and contractual condition compliance. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in coordination or execution of industrial projects, preferably in manufacturing, food, or fast-moving consumer goods. * Project management (PMBOK/PMI, Lean Project Management, Agile applied to industry). * CAPEX, industrial safety, cost control, MS Project/Planner. * Advanced Excel. * Power BI. * SAP/ERP
