At **Consorcio Logístico Sagitario**, we are seeking **CRANE OPERATORS** with experience in low-bed trailers to work with us at MINERA CHINALCO, located in the Toromocho area at 4,500 m.a.s.l. Candidates must have over 4 years of verified experience to work under a 2x1 shift system, on formal payroll with all statutory benefits. If you are from a province, the company covers transportation and relocation expenses to the mine. **FUNCTIONS:** * Conduct a thorough equipment inspection (pre-shift walk-around), prior to starting the shift. * Immediately report any equipment anomalies: before, during, and after the shift. * Assess risks in the work area before positioning the equipment. In case of any substandard condition, immediately inform the supervisor. * Comply with and align to project standards and procedures. * Know rigging techniques (slings, shackles, shackles, etc.), considering load capacities, specifications, and characteristics of the load to be lifted. * Always wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves, safety footwear, and other items required by daily job demands as defined in procedures). * Properly secure the influence area and remove unauthorized personnel from it. * Care for and protect company assets assigned to ensure proper performance of duties (radios, retractable lanyards, harnesses, vehicles, among others), beginning with equipment order and cleanliness. * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Supervisor within the scope of functional competence. * Comply with work standards indicated in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 3 years of certified experience lifting loads in industrial, mining, construction, civil works, plant shutdowns, and similar sector projects. * Technical personnel (preferred). * Documented competence through courses and/or certifications from previous employers. * Basic knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance (non-limiting). * Knowledge of international standards (ASME B30) standardizing best practices for lifting. * Ability to read and accurately interpret load charts and diagrams for the equipment being operated. * Knowledge of signals per standard B30.5. * Extensive knowledge in developing a rigging plan. * Teamwork capability and soft skills (effective communication with assigned rigger). * Proactivity at work and a positive attitude oriented toward continuous improvement. **AVAILABILITY:** * Availability to work under a 14x7 regime or under other special or alternative regimes, depending on the company’s operational needs. * Willingness to travel within the country.
