**POSITION MISSION:** Execute and follow up on the activities required regarding the "Annual Training Program" and development of MCP's "Career Line Program" according to instructions from the Learning and Training Supervisor, generating reports on executed activities in order to contribute to fulfilling required activities, contributing to personnel development actions at MCP. **FUNCTIONS:** * Consolidate the required information for developing the Worker Training Plan and addressing technical gaps across all MCP areas, including information on providers, budget, and all necessary data for its preparation. * Support reviewing technical competency results obtained in the Biennial Evaluation, identifying and coordinating validation of individual/collective technical gaps by area. * Execute activities defined by the Learning and Training Supervisor regarding the general learning plan for all MCP areas, following up on documents, budget, training hours, number of participants, certificates, replica courses, commitment letters previously established in the plan, including administrative management of training services (SAP). * Execute activities defined by the Learning and Training Supervisor regarding the Worker gap-closure plan, preparing scopes, vendor management, schedules, instructor accompaniment, and process closure reporting, including administrative management of training services (SAP). * Carry out review of test banks/questionnaires, validation and activation of assessments, scheduling evaluations, providing logistical support in the field required during evaluation processes, and tracking feedback according to obtained results. * Provide logistical support for required activities within Human Capital Management processes at the mining unit, responding to staff inquiries regarding Training Plans, execution of the Worker Career Line Program, and closing skill gaps for staff personnel (upon request). * Perform mapping and tracking of courses conducted by contractors/vendors/internal instructors from operational areas and objectives set by the Human Capital Development Management. * Support identification of participating workers and learning resources for MCP specialized training programs, executing required actions during program implementation. * Execute activities related to control of completed trainings (worker), preparing periodic reports/information and managing supporting documentation required. * Perform activities requested by direct supervisor aligned with departmental objectives, coordinating required actions with involved departments.
