Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical Quality Assistant to support process monitoring, indicator control, and enhancement of quality management tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the improvement and documentation of internal processes. 2. Monitor and control customer satisfaction indicators. 3. Design visual tools for information management and presentation. At **Automotriz Central del Perú**, the sole authorized Volvo Group dealer in Peru, we are looking for a **Quality Assistant** to join our team. We seek an organized, analytical, and continuous improvement-oriented individual who will contribute to process monitoring, indicator control, and strengthening of quality management tools. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in processes, organizational design, quality, or project management. * Knowledge of process management. * Knowledge of project management. * Proficiency in Bizagi. * Proficiency in Canva. * Familiarity with quality tools. * Knowledge of quality management systems. * Analytical, organizational, and follow-up capabilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and control customer satisfaction indicators. * Support the improvement and documentation of internal processes. * Design visual tools for information management, control, and presentation. * Support activities related to the quality management system. * Prepare reports and improvement proposals for respective departments. * Coordinate with involved departments to implement improvement actions. **Employment Type** Full-time. **Application** Apply via the following link: https://automotrizcp.com/ACP\-TALENT/convocatorias You may also send your CV to: kevin.medina@automotrizcp.com 989 216 076 Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
