Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety Engineer to develop and supervise SSOMA plans, manage regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, and train personnel in mining operations. Key Highlights: 1. Development and supervision of Safety, Health, and Environmental plans **STAFF RECRUITMENT – SAFETY ENGINEER** **Location:** Romina Mining Unit **Employment Type:** General Regime **Position:** Safety Engineer Requirements: ✅ Mining, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineer, **licensed and authorized**. ✅ Minimum **3 years** of experience, including at least **2 years administering safety management systems in mining projects**. ✅ Specialization in **Risk Prevention**. ✅ Knowledge of current regulations: **Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM, Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 005-2012-TR, OHSAS 18001, and NTP standards**. ✅ Proficiency in technical report writing, leadership, and planning. ✅ Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. Main Responsibilities: \-Develop and supervise Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental plans. \-Ensure compliance with legal regulations and mining client standards. \-Investigate incidents and accidents, proposing corrective actions. \-Train and educate personnel on SSOMA topics. \-Prepare SSOMA management reports, indicators, and statistics. \-Manage safety certifications and documentation required by the client. \-Supervise adherence to procedures, standards, and operational controls.
