Participation in large-scale telecommunications projects. **NYMAD GROUP IS SEEKING TALENT!** Position: **Supervisor / Resident Engineer – Telecommunications** Location: **La Libertad Region** Project: **Fiber optic cable laying, pole installation, and civil works execution.** **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, or related degree (licensed, registered, or bachelor’s degree depending on experience). * Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications projects. * Proven experience in: \- Fiber optic cable laying (Outside Plant \- OSP) and installation of concrete and wooden poles. * Execution and supervision of civil works. * Management of work crews and contractors. * Quality control, safety, and progress monitoring. * Knowledge of reading drawings, quantity take-offs, valuations, and preparation of technical reports. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project (preferred). * Immediate availability to work in the La Libertad region and perform fieldwork. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of fiber optic cable laying, pole installation, and civil works. * Coordinate resources, personnel, and materials to meet the project schedule. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Coordinate with the client and other departments involved in the project.
