Today, we seek new talent to join our team for the position of: DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANT to integrate into our operations in the city of Huancayo. Requirements: University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles in logistics, warehousing, or distribution. Intermediate Excel skills and experience with management systems. Knowledge of document control, waybills, and shipment tracking. Leadership ability, teamwork, and strong communication skills. Valid driver's license Main Responsibilities: Receive and verify shipments arriving from transportation agencies. Coordinate shipments and material distribution across various projects. Generate and validate waybills and other logistics documentation. Track shipments, pickups, and deliveries. Prepare freight and logistics expense reports. Supervise loading, unloading, and transportation routes. Maintain constant communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments. Organize and archive logistics-related documentation.
