Position Summary: We are seeking an ADR Plant Shift Supervisor responsible for heap leaching, ADR processing, doré bar harvesting, and smelting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead heap leaching processes for gold-bearing minerals. 2. Manage ADR processing plants, doré bar harvesting, and smelting. 3. Apply knowledge of metallurgical and hydraulic balances. ADR PLANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR For Corihuarmi Mining Unit, located 4 hours from Huancayo, Junín, at an elevation of 4,800–4,900 meters above sea level. Current work schedule is 20 days on / 10 days off (subject to change), with salary negotiable based on documented experience and qualifications. Direct employment with full statutory benefits. Offered salary is **NOT NEGOTIABLE: S/5,000.00 gross per month.** · Bachelor's degree, licensed, and duly registered in Metallurgical Engineering. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in heap leaching of gold-bearing minerals, ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, Reactivation) processing plants, doré bar harvesting, and smelting to produce final doré bars. · Knowledge of metallurgical balances and extraction kinetics. · Knowledge of hydraulics for leach solution distribution and pumping networks. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel with pivot tables and macros, AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D are desirable. · Familiarity with integrated management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 to meet productivity and OHSMS objectives.
