KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Lean Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management Warehouse and inventory management Vehicle operation WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify the proper functioning of operational processes. Coordinate with department heads on workload and resource allocation. Resolve operational issues and ensure continuity of activities. Supervise compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations. Evaluate team performance and propose improvement plans. Submit management reports and results analysis to senior management. Implement strategies for optimizing operational costs. Coordinate with suppliers and customers on activity planning. Train staff on sound operational practices and current regulatory requirements.
