Job Summary: An importing company seeks a General Operations Supervisor (auditor) to ensure operational efficiency and process optimization nationwide. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and verify the proper functioning of operational processes. 2. Supervise compliance with safety and quality standards. 3. Implement strategies for optimizing operational costs. COMPANY DESCRIPTION: A national import trading company, renowned for marketing industrial equipment, is seeking the best talent(s) to fill the position of General Operations Supervisor. (auditor) REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Technical Superior Degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Minimum Experience / Duration: At least 2 years of experience relevant to this position. Computer Systems Proficiency: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Softland, etc.), Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Project), and operational control and management systems. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Lean Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management Warehouse and inventory management Vehicle operation WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify the proper functioning of operational processes. Coordinate with department heads on workload and resource allocation. Resolve operational issues and ensure continuity of activities. Supervise compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations. Evaluate team performance and propose improvement plans. Submit management reports and results analysis to senior management. Implement strategies for optimizing operational costs. Coordinate with suppliers and customers on activity planning. Train staff on sound operational practices and current regulatory requirements. Participate in internal and external quality and safety audits. Support implementation of new technologies or processes. Manage operational crises and make strategic decisions during emergencies. Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulations. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. BENEFITS: Pleasant work environment.
