Join our team and contribute to process improvement through technological solutions that transform the Human Resources function. **Requirements:** Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources departments. Proven experience implementing HR modules in ERP systems (preferably: ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or others). **Functional knowledge of processes such as:** Recruitment and selection Payroll management Attendance and time tracking Performance evaluations Training Ability to analyze processes and document requirements. Communication skills to interact with IT departments and end users. **Responsibilities:** Participate in defining functional requirements for the HR department. Coordinate with the IT team on system design, implementation, and testing of the ERP system. Train users on system usage and validate correct operation of HR modules. Document processes, rules, and exceptions to ensure operational continuity. Ensure accurate data migration and configuration of functionalities. Desirable: Certification or experience in change management or system implementation. Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile methodologies.
