Opportunity for growth within the company A metal-mechanical company dedicated to manufacturing grills, ovens, Chinese boxes, and stainless-steel structures is seeking a **Production Operator** to strengthen our team. Therefore, we are looking for highly motivated talent eager to learn and join our team at **GRUPO LA CARBONERA E.I.R.L.** **PRODUCTION OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or basic technical studies (preferably in metal-mechanics or related fields). * Basic knowledge of metal-mechanics (preferred). * With or without experience. * Willingness to learn and develop in this field. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the finishing process of metal-mechanical products. * Perform cleaning, polishing, and preparation of parts. * Support basic production tasks as directed by the supervisor. * Assist in moving and organizing materials and products. * Visually inspect parts (finish, cleanliness, basic details). * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Properly use PPE on-site. * Support other assigned operational tasks.
