Position Summary: Technical reference for condition-based maintenance, responsible for ensuring asset reliability through predictive strategies across the mine fleet and plant equipment. Review and continuous improvement of predictive strategies ### **Position Objective** Serve as the top technical reference for condition-based maintenance, ensuring asset reliability through review, validation, and continuous improvement of predictive strategies across the entire mine fleet and plant equipment. ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * **Predictive Plans Management:** Conduct the mandatory annual review of predictive plans and routes for the entire mine fleet and plant equipment. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement updates to predictive plans and routes (expansion, elimination, creation, and introduction of new inspection techniques) based on sound technical justification. * **Specialized Support:** Provide on-demand support to MCP in the annual review of inspection procedures, equipment configuration, and vibration analysis routes. * **Diagnosis and Validation:** Validate equipment diagnoses through on-site visits to various warehouses and workshops (both internal MCP and external). * **Risk Management:** Provide technical support in disseminating and managing critical events detected in equipment. * **Innovation:** Propose monitoring solutions and improvements for equipment with inaccessible measurement points. * **Field Inspection:** Conduct quarterly field visits (3 days per visit) for quality assurance and operational follow-up. ### **Profile Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum five (5\) years of proven experience working as a **Level III Inspector/Analyst** in similar or equivalent services, preferably within the mining sector. * **Certifications:** Valid Level III Analyst certification in predictive techniques (Vibration Analysis, NDT, etc.). * **Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in configuring condition monitoring equipment, developing predictive routes, and managing assets (mine fleet and plant). * **Availability:** Capacity and willingness to work under an **atypical 14x7 schedule**.
