Job Summary: VERMI SAC - Verde Puro seeks a driver to distribute vegetables in Metropolitan Lima, ensuring proper delivery and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Distribution in Metropolitan Lima according to the assigned route sheet. 2. Coordination of loading and unloading, verification of documentation. 3. Maintenance of documents and records for the work area. **VERMI SAC \- Verde Puro** Verde Puro is a company located in the district of Pachacamac with 34 years of experience in the industry, employing over 100 staff members. It specializes primarily in the production, industrialization, and commercialization of high-quality vegetables supplied to well-known supermarkets and restaurants across Peru. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferably reside in the districts of Pachacamac, Lurín, or nearby areas to ensure punctuality at the company’s location in Pachacamac. * Valid A1 driver’s license and proficient operation of refrigerated vans. * Prior delivery experience and familiarity with Lima (preferred but not mandatory). * Availability to work from 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM. * Willingness to work overtime as needed until distribution is completed, with overtime pay provided in accordance with applicable law. * Willingness to assist the driver’s assistant when required. * Responsible, punctual individuals with sound judgment while driving. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Distribute goods in Metropolitan Lima according to the assigned route sheet. * Coordinate loading and unloading of finished products and verify associated documentation for transportation. * Maintain up-to-date documents and records specific to the work area. * Timely execution and reporting of returns and/or rejections to the Quality Department before unloading. * Adhere to protocols established by departments responsible for the position (Distribution, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, or as determined by General Management). * Other duties to be detailed during the in-person interview. **MAIN BENEFITS:** * Meals provided during overtime hours. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Job stability. * Competitive market-based salary. * Mobility bonus. * Overtime pay. * Full statutory benefits under the General Regime. * Full gratification payment. * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) payment. * Mandatory Life Insurance. * Private Health Insurance (SCTR). * EsSalud. * Etc.
