RIGGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN MINING OPERATIONS

Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician with experience in lifting operations for a mining project at Chinalco, responsible for executing lifts and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate lifting equipment and apply safety standards. 2. Know and apply cargo rigging techniques. 3. Care for and protect company assets. We are the Sagitario Logistics Consortium, providing plant and mine shutdown maintenance services and renting heavy machinery and telescopic cranes; currently, we have an ongoing large-scale project with our client MINERA CHINALCO located in the Toromocho area at 4,500 m.a.s.l. This recruitment is for MCP, where we require the following tasks to be performed: * Carry out lifting operations on the project, respecting equipment capacities and established safety regulations. * Verify and assess risks in the work area, applying established procedures and standards. * Know and apply cargo rigging techniques using slings, shackles, and shackles, taking into account the capacities, specifications, and characteristics of the load to be lifted. * Always use personal protective equipment (helmet, goggles, vest, gloves, footwear, and others required by daily job demands as defined in procedures). * Properly secure the work area and remove unauthorized personnel from activities. * Care for and protect assigned company assets essential to performing duties effectively (radios, retractable lanyards, harnesses, rigging gear, vehicles, etc.). * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence. * Comply with work standards indicated in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical personnel for lifting activities. * Documented competence through courses and/or certifications from previous employers. * Knowledge of hand signals used in lifting operations according to ASME-B30.5 standard. * Availability to work in MCP. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 03 years’ certified experience in industrial, mining, construction, civil works, assembly, lifting, maintenance shutdowns, among others. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll (Bonuses, CTS) * Profit sharing * 100% covered per diems * Growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
