We have been growing steadily and are looking for top talent to fill the position of: **Quality Assistant** **Key Responsibilities:** * Call and chat monitoring: Evaluate call and chat interactions and verify compliance with processes (COPC standards and PEC evaluations). * Survey analysis: Review and report NPS and customer satisfaction survey results to identify improvement opportunities. * Reporting management: Prepare reports and executive summaries using pivot tables, segmentation, formulas, and charts. * Quality trainings and clinics: Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and quality review meetings based on identified gaps. * Results presentation: Clearly present findings and recommendations to supervisors and teams. **Conditions:** * **Engagement model:** Independent contractor (fee-for-service) * **Contract type:** Temporary Job type: Full-time, Temporary Work location: On-site
