Opportunity to work with a results-oriented and team-based approach **STAFF REQUIREMENT:** Norandino Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd. requires personnel to fill the position of Financial Advisor at its Moyobamba offices. **WORK EXPERIENCE:** 1 year of experience in credit analysis, preferably in the financial sector. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:** Bachelor's degree or Bachelor's title in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Administration, Accounting, International Business, or related fields. **KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Credit portfolio management, * Credit risk analysis, * Credit disbursement and recovery management. **COMPETENCIES:** * Results-oriented mindset, * Teamwork, * Negotiation techniques, * Customer service orientation, * Ability to work under pressure.
