We invite you to apply for the position of **SENIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**, at an importing and food processing company. ***Requirements:*** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in the food industry. * Technical knowledge: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, Production Processes, Integrated Management Systems, Intermediate Office Suite, SAP. * Availability for rotating shifts. ***Responsibilities:*** * Achieve 100% compliance with the production schedule. * Manage process control forms and procedures. * Enter daily production data into the SAP system. * Prepare daily production reports assessing yields and losses. * Inspect machinery and equipment, coordinating with the Maintenance Department. * Ensure compliance with standards related to Quality and Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection. * Develop and analyze performance indicators. * Request raw materials and supplies required to fulfill production orders. * Train personnel under supervision on production-related topics. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***We offer:*** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one. * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation pay, social security, mandatory life insurance, SCTR, family allowance), plus profit-sharing. * 100% covered lunch and dinner. * Pleasant working environment. * Continuous professional development. * Employment with a solid, highly reputable company, along with opportunities for career advancement.
