Supervise supplier work **Date:** 24 Jan. 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Manage approved investment projects to achieve the Business’s strategic objectives—from the planning stage through execution and financial closure of such projects.**What will you do in your role?** * Manage approved projects and requirements within the Infrastructure Investment Plan. * Control the approved CAPEX and OPEX budgets for assigned projects. * Address and analyze requests within the Investment Plan to develop the Business Case for each project. * Gather information and plan activities for each project phase. * Conduct investment plan analysis for Alicorp and its subsidiaries for upcoming years. * Generate performance reports for management, including SPI and CPI indicators. * Manage project tendering with the Procurement team (indirects and services) through contract closure with the Legal Department. * Supervise and review work performed by suppliers (technical files for design, engineering, and services). * Maintain continuous communication with involved support areas before, during, and after project/requirement execution. * Manage supplier payments and track their invoicing. * Collect documentation for the Quality Dossier upon completion of each project and deliver it to support areas. * Hand over the project to the internal client, send satisfaction surveys, and follow up on responses. * Process settlements of Investment Orders and track closure with the Fixed Assets and Efficiency teams. **What do we need from you?** * Professional degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Additional studies such as PMBOK are desirable. * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising projects regarding quality and construction processes. * Proficiency in project tracking tools. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD skills. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Project skills. * Intermediate-level SAP or other ERP system skills. * Intermediate-level Power BI skills.
